1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and, if you are under 18, that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Services

TAROTAP LTD provides an AI-powered tarot reading platform. Our services include AI-generated tarot readings and related content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Our tarot reading services are provided for entertainment purposes only. The readings, predictions, and advice provided through our Service:

• Should not be used as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
• Are not guaranteed to be accurate or predictive of future events
• Should not be relied upon for making important life decisions
• Are generated by AI and not by human psychics or fortune tellers

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided. We strongly encourage you to seek appropriate professional advice for serious matters.

4. User Accounts

Users can create accounts to access our services. Account creation is free, but certain premium features may require a subscription. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Each account is intended for a single individual user. Sharing account credentials, operating one account across multiple devices for commercial or audience-facing purposes, or transferring an account to another party is not permitted without a separate written agreement with TAROTAP LTD.

5. Subscription Plans and iOS In-App Purchases

We offer subscription plans for access to premium features. Subscription pricing varies by plan duration (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring fee until you cancel your subscription.

iOS App Subscriptions

For subscriptions purchased through the iOS app:

• Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Refund Policy

All sales are final. For iOS purchases, refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. We cannot directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.

6. Data Collection and Cookies

By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and provide personalized content. You can manage your cookie preferences through our cookie settings or by adjusting your browser settings.

7. User Content

Users are not required to upload content to use our services. However, if you choose to provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use this feedback without compensation or credits given.

8. Conversation Memory Feature

Our Service offers an optional "Memory" feature that allows tarot readers to remember context from your previous reading sessions to provide more personalized readings.

• The Memory feature is opt-in and can be enabled or disabled at any time from your profile settings
• When enabled, your reading conversations (questions, readings, and follow-up messages) are processed and stored on secure, SOC 2 certified servers located in the United States
• Memory data is used solely to improve the personalization of your future tarot readings
• Each tarot reader maintains separate memory contexts — memories from one reader are not shared with another
• You may request deletion of your stored memory data at any time by contacting us

By enabling the Memory feature, you consent to the processing and storage of your reading conversation data as described above and in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of TAROTAP LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of our iOS application
• Modify, adapt, or hack the Service or modify another website to falsely imply association with our Service
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Violate Apple's App Store Review Guidelines
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Use the Service for commercial purposes — including event experiences, paid group activities, or reselling readings to third parties — without a separate commercial or enterprise agreement with TAROTAP LTD
• Resell, transfer, redistribute, or exchange for value any redemption codes, serial codes, or access credentials issued by us
• Exceed or attempt to circumvent the usage limits, rate limits, or credit quotas applicable to your subscription plan

11. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our iOS application for your personal, non-commercial use on devices that you own or control.

This license does not allow you to:

• Use the application on any device that you do not own or control
• Distribute or make the application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application

12. Promotions and Contests

We may offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes from time to time. Participation in these activities is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time of the promotion.

13. Limitation of Liability

TAROTAP LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services in question.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Arbitration Agreement

You and TAROTAP LTD agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or the use of the Service (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND TAROTAP LTD AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16. Apple App Store Terms

These additional terms apply if you download our app from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and TAROTAP LTD only, not with Apple
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to our app
• In the event of any failure of our app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to our app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to our app or your use of it
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any third-party claims that our app infringes intellectual property rights
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary
• You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• Your license to use our app is limited to a non-transferable license on any Apple-branded device that you own or control
• You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
