We respect your privacy rights and provide you with full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly through our application.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
Self-Service Account Deletion
- Log in to your Tarotap account
- Navigate to your Personal Center page
- Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" link at the bottom
- Click the link and confirm your deletion request
- Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Personal profile information (name, email, preferences)
- All tarot reading history and results
- Custom tarot spreads and configurations
- Subscription and payment history
- All user-generated content and settings
Important Notice
- Permanent Deletion: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
- Immediate Effect: Account deletion takes effect immediately
- Premium Users: Deleting your account ends your membership access. Subscriptions purchased on the website are cancelled automatically; subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the App Store must be cancelled in that store.
- No Email Required: The entire process is handled within the application
